Goat Cheese & Parsley Crackers
Ingredients
- 12 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 8 oz. goat cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup parsley, minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 2 ½ cups flour
Make this easy dough a few days in advance and then bake a day or two before serving. They keep well in an airtight container and go great with cocktails!
