Halloumi Salad
Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 8 oz. halloumi, sliced
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 avocado, sliced or scooped
- 8 cups salad greens of your choice
- 3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chopped herbs (your choice)
- salt& pepper, to taste
