This is a template to make your own granola.  It's easy to do and tastes great, plus it's completely customized to your preferences!

Make Your Own Granola

Ingredients

Dry Bowl

  • 3 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 cup raw nuts/seeds (almonds, pecans, walnuts, pistachios, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit, chopped if necessary (dates, raisins, cranberries, etc.)
  • 1 Tbsp. baking spice (apple pie spice, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, etc.)
  • salt, to taste
  • Wet Bowl

  • 1/3 cup fat (coconut oil, avocado oil, butter, etc.)
  • 1/3 cup sweetener (honey, maple syrup, agave syrup, brown sugar, etc.)
  • 2 tsp. flavoring (vanilla, almond, etc.)
Makes 6 cups
Cook Time: 30 minutes

​Preheat oven to 300.
Combine all dry ingredients.  Combine all wet ingredients.  Combine wet and dry ingredients.  Spread in a thin layer onto 1 or 2 baking sheets; bake for 30 minutes, checking occasionally and stirring as needed.
Let cool completely and pack in an air tight container.
