Samosas
Ingredients
- 6 cups mashed potatoes (use any recipe you like)
- 3 cups mixed vegetables (such as diced onions, diced carrots, corn, peas, etc.)
- 1 head garlic, grated
- 2" ginger, grated
- 1 Tbsp. garam masala
- 2 tsp. curry powder
- avocado oil
- salt & pepper, to taste
- 3 tubes refrigerate pizza dough
- 2 jars chutney of your choice, for serving
